1) Call us or arrange a callback
The Swiss number is mainly for our Swiss customers (Attention roaming from abroad). The Hungarian number is for all other countries (no roaming charges from EU countries). We speak German and English on both numbers.

2) Determining the details of your wishes and property selection

3) Appointment for property visit
Make an appointment with us to visit the selection of properties you have chosen. We are usually available at short notice and will present the properties to you personally.
4) Contract and purchase
Once the desired property has been found, we record your necessary data, determine payment modalities with you and help you with our multilingual lawyers, who prepare a draft contract in your national language for you to check and then finalize. We accompany you personally throughout the contract process until it is signed.
