The building plot is located in a small quiet village in a beautiful forest environment about 20 minutes from Györ and 20 minutes from the Austrian border.

According to the legally binding plan, the creation of 70 plots and 1 lake of 7.57 hectares is possible.

Based on studies and permits, 231,420 m3 of very high quality gravel could be produced.

The area has excellent features, a large forest to the west and the Kardos-ér and Répce canals to the east, which ensure that the lake is filled even in drier seasons. A great advantage is the proximity to utilities, which are only 225 meters from the area (water, electricity, gas).
